Our Story

Ashley Gatewood and Melanie Gatewood-Hall are cut from the same cloth — driven, creative, and relentlessly strategic — but each forged a distinct and complementary path. Together, they bring over 25 years of experience spanning Brand Building, Organizational Transformation, and Technology Adoption.

 

With one foot in retail strategy and operations and the other in change management and tech enablement, they help businesses focus their vision, build with intention, and disrupt their markets without losing their core. Their shared mission: turning complexity into clarity so brands can grow smarter, not just bigger.

Ashley is a change management expert with over 15 years of experience helping organizations navigate through

complex transformations. Her expertise spans diverse industries, including government, tech, retail, energy, and manufacturing.

 

Recognized for her ability to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, Ashley delivers sustainable changes through people-focused, data-driven approaches.

 

During her career, she has successfully guided companies

through global rollouts of new systems, cultural evolutions and major business disruptions.

partnering with senior leaders on developing and implementing change management strategies that address growth opportunities and challenges in the operating environment.

Melanie Gatewood-Hall is a Merchandising and Brand Growth Leader with over a decade of experience driving multi-billion-dollar businesses and shaping consumer-centric strategies across apparel, home, beauty, and essentials. Known for leading enterprise transformation and scaling both national and private label brands, she has built a career at the intersection of retail strategy, consumer insight, and technology adoption.

 

Melanie has led merchandising organizations responsible for over $2.5 billion in annual revenue, pioneering initiatives in segmentation, cultural merchandising, and innovation that have redefined category leadership and contemporary relevance. She has also reimagined organizational structures to build high-performing teams, foster innovation, and align people and process to strategic growth.

 

A sought-after speaker and thought leader, she’s been featured on film, CultureCon, Harlem’s Fashion Row, and other industry platforms where she champions growth and the future of modern retail.
